Natalie Lipsey

Town Planner & Urban Designer

Natalie Lipsey holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami and a Master of Real Estate Development from New York University (NYU). With a passion for creation, sustainable design, and community-driven development, Natalie engages in all phases of architectural and planning projects, including design documentation, analysis, research, and development RFPs. Her collaborative spirit, strong public speaking skills, and problem-solving approach make her a key contributor to project success.

Since joining Dover, Kohl & Partners in 2020, Natalie has led and participated in numerous design charrettes, fostering communication between officials, residents, and stakeholders.
