Milena Da Cruz was born in Brazil and raised in Florida. Milena’s work begins with questioning, "How can this place give people stability, comfort, and a sense of belonging?" Her studies, her work in public-facing roles, and her own experiences navigating the limits of car-dependent places, deepened her commitment to walkability, transit, and community life. At Dover, Kohl & Partners, she brings a grounded, people-first design sensibility and a strong belief that beautiful places can also be more equitable, resilient, and livable.
