Margaret joined Dover, Kohl & Partners in 2001 and served as the Senior Project Director for seven years. During that time Margaret played a crucial role in expanding Dover Kohl’s geographic range and diversity of projects. She has directed over 25 projects ranging from downtown revitalization plans to corridor transformations to designing new neighborhoods. Drawing upon her experience in both the private and public sectors, Margaret combines her training in historic preservation and traditional town planning to address the challenges of contemporary urban planning with both time-honored strategies and the latest techniques.
