Officially joining Dover, Kohl & Partners in July 2023, Steve began as an intern with the firm in January 2023 while completing his Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree at Florida Atlantic University. Steve brings a unique perspective to the team with over ten years of business development experience in professional and collegiate sports marketing. Pursuing a long-term interest in planning and urban design, Steve advocates for new urbanism, and he seeks to create the next generation of vibrant, inspiring, sustainable, and inclusive communities and destinations.
