Simon has experience in engaging and participating in creating plans from small scale neighborhood interventions, to large scale master plans, both in the United States and internationally. As a town planner, Simon created a number of illustrative plans focused on creating an improved built environment, especially for pedestrians and cyclists. Simon has generated visualizations and renderings for numerous projects, utilizing the latest software in the process. Simon believes that great urban design should be context based, utilizing the best patterns of development available that are indicative of local climate, geography, and history.
Simon received his Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies degree from Vassar College in New York
